Pricing questions
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you're quoted covers the assessor's visit and your certificate, with no call-out charges or travel fees within our standard coverage area. If anything would change your price — for example a much larger property than expected — we'll always confirm with you first.
What affects the price of my certificate?
For EPCs and EICRs, the main factors are the size of the property and the number of bedrooms or circuits. For Gas Safety and PAT testing, the number of appliances being checked makes the biggest difference. Tell us a bit about your property when you request a quote and we'll give you an accurate price upfront.
Can I bundle multiple certificates together?
Yes — if you need more than one certificate for the same property, such as an EPC and an EICR, let us know when you request your quote. Where possible, we'll arrange for the same assessor to cover everything in a single visit.
